End-User Licence Agreement
This agreement governs your use of the FORSYTE Lite RF application.

1. Licence Grant
FORSYTE Lite RF is provided under a personal, non-transferable licence. The free tier provides basic functionality. FORSYTE Lite unlocks RF detection workflows for RTL-SDR Blog V4 receiver setups. FORSYTE Plus unlocks the advanced operator tier including Interference Monitor, wideband scanning, and multi-target detection on compatible hardware. Existing “Lite Plus” licences issued before this naming change remain valid as Plus.
2. Licence Term
FORSYTE licences are not perpetual. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, a FORSYTE Lite or FORSYTE Plus licence is valid for 5 years from first successful activation on the bound device.
3. Activation
A paid FORSYTE licence (Lite or Plus) unlocks features on one Android device using a device-bound activation key. One licence is valid for one device activation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Licence duration begins on first successful activation. No transfer, reassignment, or reissue is provided unless explicitly agreed in writing or required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
FORSYTE is intended for passive signal detection and situational awareness. You must comply with all applicable local laws regarding RF monitoring in your jurisdiction. FORSYTE is a passive receive-only tool and does not transmit. You are responsible for how you use the information provided by the application.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
FORSYTE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. RF detection results depend on hardware capability, environmental conditions, and configuration. We do not guarantee detection of all signal sources.
