Sales & Fulfilment Terms

1. Software licences (Lite & Plus)

FORSYTE Lite and FORSYTE Plus are digital software products and are separate from hardware kits unless a licence is expressly included in a kit quote. Lite is a one-off purchase; Plus is a fixed-term licence (1-year or 5-year). The FORSYTE app is a free download on Google Play; Lite and Plus licences are bought on forsyte.app via Stripe checkout and activated in the app with the licence key we email you. A licence is valid for one device activation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Existing “Lite Plus” licences issued before this naming change remain valid as Plus.

2. Hardware kits are quote-based

FORSYTE hardware kits and deployment packages are built or procured to order; they are not standard in-stock ecommerce products. To order a kit you first submit a Request Kit Quote. Cypher Tech Solutions Ltd reviews hardware availability, configuration, pricing and delivery feasibility before issuing a quote. Compatibility references to third-party receivers (for example HackRF-class or RTL-SDR-class devices) do not mean that such hardware is sold as normal shop inventory; any displayed kit information is indicative until a quote is confirmed.

3. Quotes and proforma invoices

A quote request is not an order, and a quote or proforma invoice is not binding until it has been accepted and paid. Quotes and proforma invoices are valid only for the validity period stated on them. Pricing may change before a quote is accepted and paid, because supplier costs, hardware availability, delivery costs and configuration can change. A quote does not reserve or guarantee stock unless that is expressly stated in writing.

4. Payment

Hardware and deployment orders normally require 100% upfront payment before procurement. Bank transfer is the preferred payment method for hardware kits and deployments. Procurement begins only after cleared funds are confirmed. Deposits or staged payments are not the default and may be agreed separately in writing for larger deployments.

5. Fulfilment and lead times

Lead times vary depending on supplier availability, configuration, testing and delivery location, and are estimates only. Any kit information shown on the website is indicative until a quote is confirmed. Shipment happens only after procurement, build and configuration, and testing are complete.

6. If we cannot fulfil an order

If Cypher Tech Solutions Ltd is unable to fulfil the quoted configuration, we may offer an alternative configuration, a revised delivery timeline, or cancellation and refund of the unfulfilled portion of the order.

7. Cancellations and refunds

For custom, quoted, built-to-order or procured-to-order FORSYTE hardware kits and deployment packages, payments are normally non-refundable once procurement, configuration, build, licence provisioning, or fulfilment work has started, except where required by law.

If Cypher Tech Solutions Ltd is unable to fulfil the agreed order, we may offer an alternative configuration, revised delivery timeline, or refund of the unfulfilled portion. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Before procurement starts, cancellation or refund may be considered at Cypher Tech's discretion. After procurement starts, cancellation may not be possible, because hardware or components may already have been ordered or configured specifically for the customer.

Software licences are bought on forsyte.app through Stripe checkout. A licence is generally non-refundable once the key has been issued and activated, except where required by law - your statutory rights are not affected. Any purchases made through Google Play remain subject to Google Play's own refund and cancellation rules.

8. Tax (VAT)

Cypher Tech Solutions Ltd is not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged at this time, and no VAT line is shown on quotes, proforma invoices or invoices. This will be updated if VAT registration is confirmed in future.

9. Compatible hardware

Any third-party hardware used with FORSYTE remains subject to its own manufacturer specifications, legal approvals, and operating restrictions. Compatibility references on our website do not replace the user's responsibility to ensure lawful operation in their jurisdiction.

10. Detection outputs, liability and safe use

FORSYTE detection outputs are awareness and support tools. Drone ID / Remote ID, the FORSYTE Map, Signal View and TAK / ATAK marker outputs provide awareness and observation support; they are not a guarantee of pinpoint source location. Users are responsible for the lawful, safe and authorised use of RF hardware and software in their jurisdiction.
