Sales & Fulfilment Terms
These terms apply to purchases of digital licences, hardware, and kits made through the FORSYTE website.

1. Digital Licences
FORSYTE Lite Plus is a digital licence product. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, a Plus licence is valid for 5 years from first successful activation on the bound device. One licence is valid for one device activation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Hardware and Kits
Hardware and kit orders may be fulfilled on a sourced-to-order, drop-shipped, or assembled-to-order basis. Availability depends on supplier stock, component availability, shipping conditions, and import or customs factors where relevant. We do not guarantee that hardware or kits will be available for immediate dispatch unless expressly stated.
3. Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery timings shown on the website or quoted during the order process are approximate estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual fulfilment and delivery timings may vary due to procurement delays, supplier shortages, assembly requirements, customs processing, courier issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
4. Pricing and Orders
Website pricing for hardware and kits may be indicative where fulfilment depends on procurement, supplier pricing, shipping costs, taxes, duties, or component availability. Order acceptance occurs only once confirmed by Cypher Tech Solutions Ltd. We reserve the right to update pricing prior to order confirmation. If pricing changes after you place an order but before acceptance, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to proceed or cancel.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Digital licence purchases are non-refundable once activated, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Hardware and kit orders that have entered procurement, sourcing, assembly, configuration, or dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation, or may be subject to restocking, recovery, or third-party costs where permitted by law. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss a cancellation or return.
6. Compatible Hardware
Any third-party hardware used with FORSYTE remains subject to its own manufacturer specifications, legal approvals, and operating restrictions. Compatibility references on our website do not replace the user's responsibility to ensure lawful operation in their jurisdiction.
